Bacteria are not the enemy

Food mixing and/ or not over cooking to avoid killing all bacteria and cells

Greetings and About Me

By Abigail

Hi, nice to meet everyone. Greetings. I am a pagan, early twenties, Caucasian, female from the USA.
I am fond of nourishing foods. I am so glad I found this site. I am sharing opines and scientific evidence to prove there be ignorance to most cooking at high temperatures. I seek to end the ignorance of over cooking foods and or radiation that intends to perform the killing of ALL bacteria. Snuggle up and I will do my best to enlighten thee of the reasons to be against cooking of flesh, milk and antibiotics. I’ll share how to food mix. Also where to obtain wild plants. I am not affiliated with vegetarianism or PETA. I am a flesh consumer. I eat flesh but I am also as humane as possible. I aim  to hunt my own flesh game when able. I prefer venison, elk and ducks and bow usage. I don’t have a farm yet but would like to become a homestead someday. I am a self sufficiency seeker.

I am eclectic and like foods from everywhere so I have no particular culture preferences. I am fond of Greek foods more and more. I am beginning to be partial to native American foods since I support the process of eating the food one has their own country for hunting and gathering. I support locavorism (eating mainly locally grown veggies and produce).
Native American foods are easy to learn and find enough to have free extras.

So that’s the sampler about me and I wish to share. Bright blessings.

  1. Welcome Abigail. I too am pagan. Was brought up christian but began questioning punitive hierarchical organised religion at about age 8. Thankfully, I lived in the bush so had many sources of inspiration to draw upon and create my own version of spirituality. It now includes preparing and eating food. Eating animals to me is a very spirit filled practise. Conscious eating does not need to mean vegetarian. I look forward to reading about your bacteria filled adventures.
